Any reservation/booking is subject to release without required payment is received.
100% payment to be made to confirm any booking.
Child below aged 6 years will be complimentary with parent bed.
Child aged 6 & above is chargeable @ Rs. 1200 for bed & breakfast.
Check-in time is 1.00 pm & Check out time is 10.00 am.
Early Check-in or late Check-out is subject to availability and additional charge for a day as per Price.
Valid ID card with address proof ( Govt approved) is mandatory to get check-in for all occupants/entrants.
The particular picture of a room as shown in website may be different due to technical variance in design setup.
Part of the day is counted as full day.
No refund is made for cancellation of confirm booking.
No cancellation or alteration is allowed after booking,100% charge against no show.
Customers can make the booking 90 days in advance. Booking is not allowed for more than 90 days in advance

In case of cancelation of booking 48 hours prior to arrival no cancellation charges apply. After which 1 nights retention will be applicable

Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking

Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.

In case the booking amount is paid using credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card.
